FEATURES

The table has X, Y, 0 axis independent adjustable organization, and screen frame has X, Y, Z, 0 axis adjustable organization, which makes it adjust conveniently and have high precision orientation. Dauber angle, spatula angle and parallel degree can separately adjust. The up and down drivable cylinder of the dauber and spatula also can adjust. The table is used three phase asynchronous electromotor of frequency conversion drive and the velocity range adjusts at random. Using buffer technique with on and off, and the table can make exact orientation and exact overprint pattern. Printing press and dauber press can adjust separately, using press classification compensatory technique which can stabilze printing press and have instrument to show. The wafer is fixed by vacuum whose system is supplied by the manufacturer. By PLC logical controller to manipulate, the machine has single direction printing, double direction printing, dauber printing.
